Refleksi Pelaksanaan Makro Pengajaran


Secara keseluruhan, pengajar telah mencapaikan objektif P&Pnya, di mana murid-murid telah dapat memerhatikan tumbuhan yang sedang mengalami proses  tumbesaran serta mencatatkan ketinggian dan bilangan dedaunnya.
Ini dapat diketahui daripada carta-carta yang dibentukkan oleh murid-murid yang memaparkan perbezaan dari segi ketinggian dan bilangan dedaun yang ada pada benih kacang hijau yang ditanamkan oleh mereka setiap hari sejak lapan hari yang lepas.
Walaupun carta-carta yang dibentukkan oleh murid-murid mungkin kurang kemas dan bersih dalam pandangan kaca mata orang dewasa, namun ia tetap menunjukkan bahawa kebolehan murid-murid untuk merekodkan dan memindahkan data-data catatan mereka daripada catatan yang tidak formal (catatan persendirian yang asal) kepada catatan yang formal (carta dalam lembaran kerja).

Refleksi Pelaksanaan Mikro Pengajaran

Sebelum mikro pengajaran ini telah dilakukan oleh pengajar, pengajar telah berbincang dengan rakan-rakan se-kursus tentang kandungan mikro pengajaran sedemikian.
Melalui perbincangan, rakan-rakan se-kursus pengajar telah berpendapat bahawa kandungan mikro pengajaran bagi pengajar adalah bersesuai dengan tempoh waktu yang terhad dalam mikro pengajaran. Ini adalah kerana konsep tumbesaran adalah merupakan suatu konsep pengetahuan yang mudah difahami oleh murid-murid sekiranya dengan menggunakan alat bantu mengajar yang sesuai.
Kekuatan yang ada dalam RPH mikro pengajaran ini ialah pengajar telah menggunakan kaedah simulasi dalam mikro pengajarannya. Dalam mikro pengajaran ini, pengajar telah menggunakan kasut selipar bayi dan orang dewasa sebagai alatan simulasi.

Today i felt happy to see my students all learning animals topuic happily, they try to fold their colour paper , some of them can make vey well and some of them can't. They can anwer my question correctly and they all wish to try the activity. Lastly, i had invited them to sing together with me, i was using a youtube video to teach them , they learn it full with fun.

Some of the student complaint that there don't understand the duck's story and they couldn't learn the song becuase there were no song's lyric. I think i'd better looking for more easier story to make sure my student can undertand it and try to find those songs which have lyrics to make my pnp more smoothly.

But, I still think if I show them a film of real animals (like duck) , maybe can make my pnp more much better, I will try my best to do it.
